Pricing

Priced per asset inspected, not per flight hour.

Each plan includes aircraft, docks, flight operations, defect analysis and inspector review. You pay for the coverage you need, and weather days are our risk, not yours.

FAQ

Questions procurement usually asks.

Do we need to buy aircraft, docks or software licences?

No. Every plan includes the aircraft, docks, maintenance, insurance, flight operations and software. You receive inspection results; we own and operate the equipment.

Who holds the flight approvals and the liability?

Aerial is the operator of record. We hold the BVLOS waivers and SORA approvals, file airspace authorisations, and carry $10M of aviation liability cover. Your sites are named as additional insured on request.

What happens when weather stops a mission?

The flight is rescheduled automatically inside the inspection window you set. Weather delays are never billed. If we miss an agreed window, the affected kilometres are credited on Operations and Network plans.

Who owns the imagery and the findings?

You do. Raw imagery, point clouds and defect records can be exported at any time in open formats such as JPEG, GeoTIFF, LAS and CSV, during the contract and for 90 days after it ends.

How long until we have a programme running?

A Pilot flies within 3–4 weeks of signature. An Operations plan, including dock installation and integration with your maintenance system, typically goes live in 8–10 weeks.
